Lanzhou Xinlong Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (hereinafter short for Company), mainly engaging in research & development and manufacturing rubber packing matching with plate heat exchangers, plate-type evaporators and plate-type condensers, and rubber packing products and rubber parts for specialized equipments, such as, petroleum drilling and metallurgy chemistry, is a member of subcommittee of heat exchange equipments assigned by China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels, which meanwhile domestically makes the rubber fittings for imported equipments and has formed mass production.

With the specialized laboratory and advanced facilities for rubber experiments and test, in accordance with the customers′ demand, our technical and examining personnel possessing experience of rubber products′ research and development for many years are capable to process dynamical and static sealing rubber products, rubber parts and fabric products with all kinds of purposes, such as, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, hydro-nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene terpolymer, butyl rubber, polycyclic rubber, neoprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, silicon rubber, and fluorine rubber.

The company ensures "quality first, reputation oriented" as its guideline and strictly organizes its production in accordance with IS09001: 2000, with a whole set of internal control standards, such as, working standard procedures and test standard from introducing raw material to the packing and delivery of finished goods. With a view to guarantee the products quality, every section is supervised by specialists and operation sequence control stations are set up at main sections, such as, introduction of raw material, ingredients manufacture, rubber milling, molding, vulcanization. Advanced technologies, for instance, automatic heat-control, automatic timing, and automatic pressure-release have been adopted by existing equipments to ensure that processing parameters are not affected by human factors, which guarantees reliability of product quality. National Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Rubber Sealing Products, the first-level center in China, has been entrusted to examine the main products manufactured by the company.

Equipped with a large number of rubber processing equipments, for example, rubber press milling machine, open rubber mixing machine and vulcanizing press of 50 tons, 100 tons, 300 tons, 400 tons, 650 tons, and 1500 tons, the company has possessed the capability of annually producing 200, 000 heat-exchanger cushions, 100 tons rubber products, 200 tons gross rubber. The process specification of plate-type evaporator and filter press rubber diaphragm is more than 4.0 square meters, which can fully satisfy the demands of various domestic professions.
